We cannot recommend the Bulloch Team enough! It was a smooth transaction from start to finish as we purchased our townhouse in Eagan. When writing an offer, Chad gave great objective advice on how to best structure our offer in the competitive market. After acceptance, he and Jess checked in regularly to answer any questions and to make sure that everything was moving along as scheduled. When we did our walkthrough of the property, we found out the Seller had removed items that were supposed to convey with the property. Chad handled the issue professionally and within a couple hours, everything was back in order and we were ready to close. I highly recommend hiring the Bulloch Team and utilizing their professional network when buying or selling a home in the Twin Cities!

When my husband and I first moved to MN we were feeling pretty defeated with the housing market. Chad is an extremely professional and knowledgeable realtor. He was extremely helpful with all our showings and was even able to get showings scheduled the same day that we requested it from him. He showed us over 15 houses and provided helpful feedback and thoughts of his own. He was extremely thorough during the offer stage and answering all of my questions or concerns with confidence. He also was honest with how the offer process goes and that the sellers may not accept the offer or there are multiple offers on the table.When the sellers accepted the offer he made sure we had a great title company to work with and worked hand and hand with our loan company till the closing date.Once the closing day arrived he met us at our new home and performed the final walk through and made sure everything was completed.
