We cannot recommend the Bulloch Team enough! It was a smooth transaction from start to finish as we purchased our townhouse in Eagan. When writing an offer, Chad gave great objective advice on how to best structure our offer in the competitive market. After acceptance, he and Jess checked in regularly to answer any questions and to make sure that everything was moving along as scheduled. When we did our walkthrough of the property, we found out the Seller had removed items that were supposed to convey with the property. When my husband and I first moved to MN we were feeling pretty defeated with the housing market. I used Chad to sell my house in Plymouth. He was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly did his research to ensure we sold it for the right price.
